Setup:
Field Layout: Use half a pitch.
Zones: Divide the attacking half into three zones: flank, midfield, and penalty area.
Players:
A backline with a center-back (CB) and full-back (FB).
A winger (W), central midfielder (CM), and attacking midfielder (AM).

Objective:
Practice coordinated flank play with overlapping and underlapping runs.
Enhance crossing accuracy and finishing in crowded penalty areas.
Train midfield combinations to shift defensive lines and create space on the wings.
Key Coaching Points:
Timing: Ensure overlaps and underlaps are well-timed to avoid offside or congestion.
Positioning: Attackers in the box should stagger positions for headers, volleys, or rebounds.
Awareness: Encourage players to scan the field to identify spaces for runs and passes.
Cross Quality: Crosses should be targeted and driven to the appropriate area (near post, far post, or penalty spot).
Progressions:
Add defenders to increase pressure.
Vary crossing styles: low-driven, lofted, or cutbacks.
