Setup and Instructions:
Setup:
Set up a line of cones as it showed in the video, positioned just outside the penalty area.
Place three attacking players in a staggered line (Player 1, Player 2, and Player 3).
A passer stands behind the first cone line, ready to play passes into the attackers.
Add a goalkeeper to make it more game-realistic.
Instructions:
Player 1/2: Positioned just in the start of the area, Player 2 will play a one-touch back pass to the first passer. After making the pass, Player 1 moves either to the left or right.
Player 3: Positioned near Player 2, Player 3 reacts to Player 2’s movement. If Player 2 moves left, Player 3 shifts right, and vice versa. Player 3 then receives a pass from the first passer and plays it back with one touch to Player 2.
Player 2: Positioned to finish the drill, Player 2 takes the shot on goal after receiving the one touch pass back from Player 3.
All players reset for the next phase, rotating roles.
