Setup:
Shape: As showed in the video.
Stations: Players positioned at each cone.
Distance: Adjust the spacing (10–15 meters) based on age and skill level.
Objective:
To combine passing accuracy with controlled dribbling while introducing spatial awareness and avoiding collisions.
Rules:
Passing: Players pass diagonally to the next station.
Dribbling: At the last station, the player dribbles the ball to the first station, crossing through the middle of the setup.
Movement: After passing, players follow their pass to the next cone.
Collision Avoidance: Players must be aware of the dribbler crossing through the center to avoid collisions.
Key Coaching Points:
Passing Technique:
Focus on firm, accurate passes to the receiving player's correct foot.
Dribbling Control:
Keep the ball close and use small touches to navigate through the center.
Scanning:
Encourage players to check their surroundings before passing or dribbling.
Timing:
Coordinate movements to avoid hitting the dribbler in the middle.
Body Positioning:
Stay open to the field and prepare for the next pass
