Instructions
Part 1: Passing Combination Drill
Striker starts by laying the ball off with one touch.
The attacking midfielder times their run to receive a through pass.
Finish with one touch on goal.
Rotate roles after every attempt.
Progression:
Introduce a defender to add pressure.
Allow for a 1v1 scenario after the midfielder receives the ball.
Part 2: 4v2 Rondo with Transition
Set up a grid with four reds (possessors) and two chasers.
Reds aim to complete five consecutive passes.
After five passes, they transition to attack the main goal.
If chasers win possession, they counterattack and score in the small goals.
Progression:
Reduce the space to increase difficulty.
Increase the number of chasers for more pressure.
Introduce an additional defender in the attacking transition phase.
